We can cover :-
1. The health and amenity improvements through using the ELCRP System.
2. Collection proceedures on estates and how to get high participation rates.
3. Suitable and safe collection systems.
4. How to operate ELCRP's NPOC (non-putrefaction) process.
5. How to operate the Rocket (in-vessel composter).

7. The Animal By-Products Regulation and what it means to you.
8. Product testing procedures and why.
9. A site visit to our Green Waste Composting Site, where green waste from Hackney Parks is proccessed and composted to produce mulches, leafmould and compost.
The sessions are taken by Jane Wilde (ELCRP's Technical and Outreach Officer), one of the UK’s recognised experts in composting techniques who has been central to the development of ELCRP's food waste composting system and all the negotiations with the State Veterinary Service (DEFRA) regarding the Animal By-Products Regulations, the Environment Agency and the London Borough of Hackney.
